THE FOLLOWING MASSAGES ARE OFFERED IN 30, 60, & 90 MINUTE SESSIONS:

Deep Tissue Massage:
Therapeutic massage that is used to help relax muscle tension. Slower strokes and deep pressure help get blood and oxygen circulating properly through the body.

Hot Stone Massage:
Hot stone massage is a specialty massage that uses smooth, heated stones. They are often basalt, a black volcanic rock that absorbs and retains heat well. It is a deeply soothing, relaxing form of massage. The heat helps tight muscles release.

Swedish Massage:
An invigorating massage that increases circulation while promoting health and well being to the body. This massage relaxes your spirit to a place of tranquility.

Pregnancy Massage:
Pregnancy massage promotes relaxation, soothes nerves and relieves strained back and leg muscles in expectant mothers, particularly in the second and third trimesters. A pregnancy massage differs from traditional massage in a few different ways. First, the massage therapist will take extra care to make sure your body gets the cushioning and support it needs. When you’re lying on your back, there will be pillows underneath your knees and shoulders. If you’re far along in your pregnancy, you might be positioned in a semi-reclining position, where you’re looking at the wall instead of the ceiling. Pregnancy massage also uses special bolsters with a deep cutout in the center so you can lie face-down comfortably. You can also have your back massaged during pregnancy by lying on your side, with pillows under your head and between your legs.

Myo-Skeletal Realignment:

Scalp Massage:
Massaging the scalp helps keep your hair healthy and can also promote hair growth. Just as body massage relaxes you and is one of the most effective ways to ease your tension and pain, massaging your scalp is also beneficial because it is extremely relaxing, calming, and helps relieve headaches and migraines. It stimulates the blood flow thereby nourishing the hair follicles which in turn prevents and fights avoidable hair loss, and re-establishes the natural development of healthy hair.

Chair Massage:
Head, shoulders & neck - Charged by the minute.
